How do I add my provider?
Open Settings › Playlists and add a playlist with the server address, username and password your provider gave you, or paste an M3U link.
Why does a channel stop when I start another one?
Most providers allow one stream at a time per account. Starting a new channel, film or episode ends the one that was playing.
The TV guide is empty. How do I fix it?
Open Settings › Playlists and refresh your playlist. Some providers publish guide data a few hours after midnight.
How do I watch several channels at once?
Multiview plays several live channels side by side. Each channel uses its own connection, so your provider must allow as many connections as channels shown.
How do I set up recordings?
Recordings need an Auralis recording server on your network. Open Settings › Recording server to connect it.
I bought Pro on another device. How do I get it here?
Tap Restore purchases under Auralis Pro in Settings, signed in with the same Apple ID.
